Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that for international orders (USA, Europe, Asia) customer is responsible for the payment of any import or duty fees that may be incurred.
Shipping Timeline
All orders for items in-stock (Canadian & International) will be processed, packaged and shipped within 5-7 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information for your order. For pre-ordered items, we will email you with the approximate shipping date. HOLIDAY SHIPPING: Please note we cannot guarantee shipping timelines during holiday season. Expect dispatching and courier delays. We recommend ordering well ahead of time to make sure yours gifts arrive on the expected date.
Canadian Returns
Online Orders: No refunds. Size Exchange only within 15 days of order delivery, if the item is in-stock. For order exchange, please note that Shipping fees will apply. To process the exchange, email us at customerservice@tieandtiara.com with your order number. You can then ship the original order back to our mailbox (162 Guelph Street, Unit# 207, Georgetown, Ontario, L7G 5X7 Canada) and place a new order online for the size you want. All items must be sent back in the original packaging, with labels/tags, unwashed, unworn, and in original resalable condition along with the original purchase receipt. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item(s) before placing the exchange order.
Customer will be responsible for the shipping fees for the exchange.
All sale items, discounted items, accessories, shoes, are absolute final sale and no exchanges or refunds will be provided on these items for online and in-store purchases.
